We were thrilled to part of Nissan’s latest event activation – the launch of the ARIYA, Nissan’s first ever All-Electric Premium Crossover SUV. Our challenge was to create a memorable photo shoot experience that is aligned with Nissan’s Japanese heritage and the design concepts behind the ARIYA. 

Adding on to the challenge, the event activation was taking place simultaneously in both Leng Kee and Ubi showrooms. We rose to the occasion, transforming each showroom into a captivating oasis of Japanese elegance.

We designed a backdrop featuring towering sakura trees and a bridge. This visually stunning piece, measuring 10ft x 8ft, instantly transported guests to a serene Japanese garden. 

And to enhance the immersive experience, we added a floor sticker of a pond with a walkway leading up to the backdrop.

To complete the Japanese theme, we sourced for authentic Japanese costumes, including Yukata, Geta sandals, traditional umbrellas and fans for guests to dress up in. We also created custom oversized props, such as sushi, sake cups, and a charming Manekineko, adding a touch of fun and whimsy to the event.

One of the highlights of the event was our instant photo printing service. As guests posed in front of the beautiful backdrop, our photographers captured their memorable moments. The photos were then printed instantly, allowing guests to take home a physical souvenir within seconds. This personalized touch not only enhanced the guests experience but also reinforced Nissan’s brand image.

The Nissan launch event was a resounding success, thanks to our team’s ability to create a unique and immersive experience. By combining a Japanese-inspired atmosphere with custom backdrop, costumes props and instant photo printing, we were able to leave a lasting impression on guests.
